Infotainment Features

The 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid came standard with a 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, and a USB port. Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM satellite radio, HD Radio, additional USB ports, wireless device charging, and Wi-Fi hotspots were available. The 2019 and 2020 models had the same standard and available features. Starting on the 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto were made standard, as was a bigger 8-inch touchscreen.

Safety Features

The 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid has a similarly comprehensive safety suite. Every 2018 model had forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, road departure mitigation, traffic sign recognition, automatic high-beam headlights, and a rearview camera. Available upgrades included blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, rain-sensing wipers, and a heads-up display. The 2019, 2020, and 2021 models have the same standard and available features.
